Shipping Charges
- Free standard shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1500.
- ₹100 flat shipping fee for orders below ₹1500.

We proudly ship to worldwide countries.

- International orders are processed within 7-10 business days.
- Customised or made-to-order items may take 15-30 business days before dispatch.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
- If your product(s) is being customised, there might be a delay in the delivery time.
Shipping Charges
- Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the item is dispatched.
Duties & Taxes
- Import duties, VAT, or customs charges (if applicable) are not included in your total.
- These are to be paid by the recipient as per their country’s import regulations.
3. Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
- Use this ID to track your package via our courier partner’s website.
