• Free standard shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1500.
• ₹100 flat shipping fee for orders below ₹1500.

We proudly ship to worldwide countries.

• International orders are processed within 7-10 business days.
• Customised or made-to-order items may take 15-30 business days before dispatch.

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
• If your product(s) is being customised, there might be a delay in the delivery time. 

Shipping Charges

• Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable once the item is dispatched.

Duties & Taxes

• Import duties, VAT, or customs charges (if applicable) are not included in your total.
• These are to be paid by the recipient as per their country’s import regulations.

3. Order Tracking

• You will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
• Use this ID to track your package via our courier partner’s website.
