  • Customised or made-to-order items may take 15-30 business days before dispatch.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery: 7โ€“15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • If your product(s) is being customised, there might be a delay in the delivery time.ย 

Shipping Charges

  • Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the item is dispatched.

Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties, VAT, or customs charges (if applicable) are not included in your total.

  • These are to be paid by the recipient as per their countryโ€™s import regulations.

3. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

  • Use this ID to track your package via our courier partnerโ€™s website.

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Natural disasters or strikes.

  • Incomplete or incorrect address entered by the customer.
