No Refund & Defective Product Exchange Policy:

Peacock Clothing Collection, due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our textile and jewellery products are non-refundable in nature. We take pride in delivering high-quality products. In the rare event that you receive a defective product, we are happy to offer an exchange, subject to the following terms:


Exchange Eligibility for Defective Items only:

To be eligible for an exchange due to a defective product, the following conditions must be met:

  1. 360-Degree Unboxing Video (Mandatory):

    • A clear, continuous 360-degree video must be taken while unboxing the parcel.

    • The video should:

      • Start before opening the package.

      • Clearly show the shipping label, entire product, and the defect.

      • Have no cuts, edits, or pauses.

  2. Reporting Timeframe:

    • Defective product complaints must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

    • Include the unboxing video and order details when reporting the issue.

  3. Condition of the Product:

    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchange Not Accepted If:

  • The product was used, washed, or altered.

  • The unboxing video is not shared or is unclear/edited.

  • The complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery.

Note: This policy is designed to ensure a fair resolution for both customers and our business. We appreciate your cooperation in following the above guidelines.


Exchange Policy (International Orders):


We offer exchanges only in the case of damaged or defective items. To be eligible, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos, videos and order details.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable duties, customs, or taxes.

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

  • Order ID

  • Description of the defect

  • 360-degree unboxing video and pictures

Our team will review your video and get back to you within 2-3 business days with the next steps.
