Purchase and Cancellation Policy

Non-acceptance or Cancellation of order:

(a) Non-Acceptance of Order:

Peacock Clothing Collection may not be able to accept certain purchase orders. Peacock Clothing Collection reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or reject your offer to purchase for any reason including but not limited to:

(i) Limited inventory or quantities of product(s) available for purchase;
(ii) Inaccuracies or errors in the description of the product or pricing information;
(iii) Non-receipt of additional information requested by Peacock Clothing Collection.

Peacock Clothing Collection will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, the payment will be refunded.

Peacock Clothing Collection shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss suffered by you due to non-acceptance of your offer to purchase the products, delay in refunding your payment, or delay in informing you about the non-acceptance of your order.

Cancellation of order by you:
After placing an order, you have the option to cancel the order within 12 hours of placing it. Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours. However, if any cancellation request is made after 12 hours, Peacock Clothing Collection reserves the right to accept or reject the cancellation request at its sole discretion.

To initiate the cancellation process, you must send an email to contact@peacockclothingcollection.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • If a cancellation request is received within the 12-hours window, Peacock Clothing Collection will refund the amount paid, minus any applicable transaction fees (if any).

If your order has not yet been processed or approved, Peacock Clothing Collection reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
